Please read before you buy
A proprietary blend of Eastern and Western herbs and herbal extracts to support normal gut health. Not for pregnant or lactating women; contains wormwood, which interacts with blood thinners, stomach-acid-reducing drugs, and seizure medications.
A 500 mg blend of seven botanicals in a single capsule, to support healthy microbial balance and normal GI function. Not for pregnant or lactating women; talk with your provider first if you have liver concerns.
Practitioners frequently use Digest Plus and Clear Plus alongside one another to support a healthy gastrointestinal environment. Buying them as a stack is simpler than ordering them separately, and it saves you a little.
Digest Plus: two (2) capsules, twice daily, or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Clear Plus: one (1) capsule two (2) times each day, or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Always follow the product label and your practitioner's guidance.
For SIBO protocols, practitioners often recommend Digest Plus roughly 30 minutes before meals or on an empty stomach, depending on the protocol. The Clear Plus label doesn't call out a specific time of day beyond twice daily. If you're following a protocol from a practitioner, follow their guidance on timing.
Neither formula is recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Digest Plus contains wormwood and should not be taken concurrently with blood thinners, drugs that reduce stomach acid, or seizure-prevention medications. If you have liver disease or elevated liver enzymes, talk with your provider before taking Clear Plus, which contains tinospora.
Wormwood, in Digest Plus, may intensify the effects and side effects of consuming alcohol.
Digest Plus may cause mild constipation in sensitive individuals. Clear Plus is generally well-tolerated, though some people experience mild digestive discomfort.
Digest Plus and Break Down should not be taken together, though both are taken with meals. Check with your practitioner about how to space them.
