Once upon a time I owned a nut butter company....

And I created the company during the depths of my gut-healing journey while on the GAPS Diet.

But then, on February 27, 2016, I said, “Goodbye, A Loving Spoon nut butters.”

A Loving Spoon was my baby—a passion project that began as a gut-healing dessert solution and grew into a deeply loved business.

When I closed the company, I held the recipes close, saying, “Even if I shared my Honey Vanilla Bourbon Peanut Butter recipe, it couldn’t be recreated without my exact vanilla source.” I wasn’t ready to let them go—until now.

People said I was nuts (pun intended) for even considering giving the recipes away. But I kept my word: I’d share them when I felt it was right.
